Who we are

Hourglass Systems LLC builds platforms and products — including Keystone and customer engagements. This Privacy Policy covers our company website at hourglasssystem.com, our company presence on LinkedIn and other social channels, and inquiries you send to us (for example via email or contact forms).

Product applications (such as Keystone or Campfire Home) may collect additional data under their own product notices. When you use a product, that product’s privacy terms apply to product accounts and content.

What we collect

  • Contact & inquiry data — name, email, company, and message content you voluntarily send to hello@hourglasssystem.com or through a contact form.
  • Site experience data — limited browser storage for theme preference and cookie-preference choice on hourglasssystem.com. See our Cookie notice.

Keystone and other Hourglass products may operate on separate domains (for example keystoneplatform.dev). Those products have their own privacy notices for account data, customer content, AI features, and billing. This company policy does not replace product-specific terms.

Children

hourglasssystem.com is directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 on this company site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of hourglasssystem.com after an update means you accept the revised notice.
